What is included?

Overnight care follows your pet’s normal feeding, medication, potty, play and sleep routines, with thoughtful pupdates throughout the stay.

Do you stay in my home?

Yes. Care is provided in your home so your pets can remain comfortable in their familiar environment.

Is a meet-and-greet required?

A meet-and-greet is strongly recommended before the first stay so we can review routines, home access and care instructions together.

When is my booking reserved?

Dates are reserved once availability is confirmed and the 50% booking deposit is received.

How long are walks?

Walk length is customized to your dog’s age, energy level, health and the weather. We’ll confirm the best option before booking.

Are walks private?

Yes. Walks are one-on-one unless pets from the same household are scheduled together.

What happens in extreme weather?

For your pet’s safety, walks may be shortened or changed to a potty break and indoor enrichment during extreme heat, storms or unsafe conditions.

Will I receive an update?

Yes. You’ll receive a pupdate after the walk with notes and, whenever possible, a photo.

Each visit can include feeding, fresh water, medication, potty breaks, playtime, companionship and light pet-related cleanup.

How long is a visit?

Drop-in visits are billed at $30 per hour. Timing and frequency are tailored to your pet’s routine and care needs.

Can you administer medication?

Yes, when clear instructions are provided and the medication can be given safely within the scheduled visit.

Are drop-ins a substitute for overnight care?

Drop-ins work well for pets comfortable alone between visits. Pets needing near-constant companionship may be better suited to overnight care.

Meet Briana.

Hi, I’m Briana — founder of Premier Paws Concierge, lifelong animal lover, entrepreneur, author, and nature enthusiast.

I was born in Houston and have called the Houston area home for the past 26 years, but some of my most formative years were spent growing up in the mountains of Colorado. That experience gave me a lifelong love for animals, wildlife, nature, and the outdoors — something that has stayed at the center of who I am.

In addition to Premier Paws, I’m the founder of Task Queen LLC, a business I launched in 2020 supporting entrepreneurs and executives with operations, organization, and business management. I’m also the self-published author of the children’s book Ziggy and Tiggy.

Animals have always been one of my greatest passions, especially dogs. My experience includes caring for pets of all personalities and ages, volunteering with wildlife rescue efforts along the Texas Gulf Coast, and treating every animal in my care with the same patience, attention, and affection I would want for my own.

When I’m not working or spending time with animals, you’ll usually find me outside exploring nature, watching birds, gardening, traveling, or rollerblading.

Premier Paws was created from that love of animals and my belief that pet parents deserve someone they can genuinely trust with both their pets and their home. My goal is simple: provide dependable, attentive, personalized care while making your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.
